Quantum Simulations and Enabling Technologies

University of Sydney

3-4 October 2019

Slade Lecture Theatre, School of Physics

The Quantum Simulations and Enabling Technologies (QUSENT) workshop will bring together international and Australian experts in the fields of quantum simulation and key enabling technologies to share research and discuss advances in this rapidly moving field.

The workshop will cover a broad range of topics, including simulations of chemistry and topological materials, more general quantum information processing applications, and technological platforms ranging from cold atoms, trapped ions, quantum photonics and rare-earth ions to superconducting qubits.

The workshop will take place at the University of Sydney, 3-4 October 2019. On the evening of 2 October, Professor Chris Monroe from the University of Maryland will give a public lecture.  Attendance to both events is free of charge, but space is limited and we request that attendees register at their earliest convenience, but no later than 13 September. Participants are encouraged to submit poster abstracts using the form below.
